Mondays & Fridays. (3503-04/29/09)
Masters Degree in Social Work. Current Florida License or license eligible.LCSW preferred. One year related experience. Provides assessments and therapeutic interventions to address biopsychosocial needs of the patient. Demonstrates knowledge/utilization of community resources to promote safe/appropriate discharge planning.
