Job Description
Education Connection is looking for an IT Operations Engineer. This person is primarily responsible for all technical school configurations, monitoring, and debugging. These efforts involve managing school data loads; school and campus metadata, school lead forms, lead caps, lead delivery, and all respective web site mappings to schools. The IT Operations Engineer is also responsible for effectively supporting the sales team with respect to changes to existing schools, or launching of new schools.

Requirements
*3+ years experience as software PM building Microsoft .NET platforms
*3+ years experience lead technical resource supporting a business process
*3+ years experience working with stakeholders gather business and functional requirements
*3+ years using advanced features in Excel working with raw data and reporting
*Experience working directly with stakeholder defining and developing reports
*Experience troubleshooting systems and working with QA and other members of technology team to resolve issues
*Experience establishing service levels (internal and external)
*Participate in on-call production support, providing off-hour support
*Represents the organization and self professionally
*Effective time management and organization skills
*Ability to work on multiple projects
*Excelling verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to work within team environment
*Ability to work independently
*Ability to be a self starter to promote new initiatives
