We are currently seeking a Commercial Lender to join our lending team. Executive National Bank is only interested in making loans to customers who have or will establish depository relationships with the institution.

Bonus compensation and performance will be based on loan production and the handling of all credit issues, gathering financial information and keeping files in proper credit order.

Skills / Requirements

- Formal Credit Training background
- 10 years + commercial/commercial real estate experience in the Miami-Dade area
- Superior public relation skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- BA degree in finance or Business Administration
- Excellent business development skills
- Able to grow a high quality loan portfolio
- Strong deposit gatherer
