The Advanced Registration representative will accurately complete an advanced registration as evident by the following: obtains and documents verification of benefits and authorizations/referrals, on all pre-admitted and/or admitted accounts. If assigned, they will answer the call center lines, updating patient demographics,
informing patient of their responsibilities and attempt collection of monies due.

Knowledge of HMO/PPO, Auth/Referral processes, Medical Terminology and Collections experience required. Call Center experience is preferred. Good Documentation skills and multi-tasking a must.
Must pass Typing Test with 35nwpm
