We are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer!

Our Maintenance Engineers assist in maintaining the physical structure and decorum of the villas and common areas by performing all maintenance duties as assigned; Perform preventative maintenance programs with other departments to provide the best comfortable appearance to the owners and guests as directed by the Chief Engineer.

• Preventative Maintenance Program
• Perform daily mechanical and safety inspections and routine maintenance.
• Perform daily scheduled and non-scheduled work requests and maintenance projects.
• Respond to all emergency and alarm situations.
• Responsible for the operation of various hand and power tools in a Safe manner.
• Responsible for maintaining good working conditions in all work areas.
• Endeavor to maintain positive public relations and a pleasant attitude with all owners, guests and associates.

Skills/ Requirements
• Good plumbing skills and experience
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Good interpersonal skills
• Work well under pressure
• Maintain a neat appearance
• Must be a positive "team player"
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
• Position requires stooping and bending, climbing ladders and stairs
• Requires visual observation abilities
