We are currently seeking a Reservations Agent to join our prestigious team!


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles reservation calls by phone, fax, e-mail, mail, internet.
Follows up with any guest related questions or issues to assure guest satisfaction is met.
Pre-sell the facilities to achieve additional revenues.

Must be able effectively communicate verbally and in writing with owners, guests and team members.
Four year Degree in hospitaltiy or related field a plus.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish required
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
