Linen Attendant will be responsible for linen service and trash removal.

Requires the ability to perform basic math skills. Ability to differentiate between clean, fresh, dry, or mildewed, soiled, and damp linen. Ability to communicate using a telephone, pager, or electronically. Ability to communicate effectively in English and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests. Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels, and other instructions.

Requires mobility. Vertically and horizontally move bundles/bales of soiled or clean linen weighing up to thirty-five pounds from floor and up to nine feet above floor. Horizontally move linen carts weighing up to three hundred pounds. Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to distinguish letters, symbols, and colors. Normal sense of smell, touch, and sound.

No specific educational requirement. Relevant experience preferred.
