Location: Miami Beach, FL
Description Job Purpose Manage the overall cleanliness of all areas related to food and beverage and culinary including the breakdown of stations and equipment. Assist with the daily operation and with the implementation of hotel quality service standards. Minimum Requirements • Good communication skills. • Four years supervisory experience in a related position. • Good organizational skills. • Able to lift 50 lbs. • Familiar with Food Safety Regulations. Job Responsibilities include; • Direct Stewards to ensure all areas are clean and sanitary. • Monitor and maintain proper chemical safety levels. • Assist with culinary employees as needed, with inventory stock takes as assigned, and assist with the creation and implementation of procedures and standards. • In addition, other duties may be required as directed by the Executive Chef.
