Jobing Description
Bachelor’s degree with coursework in areas related to Social Services, Child Development, and Abuse and neglect issues. The FSC must perform a needs assessment, case/treatment/family service plan, maintain daily documentation, progress reports and discharge summary. The FSC is responsible to be available 24/7 to families/ caregivers on their case load and maintain all documentation required by the program and related contracts.
