Job: Systems Administrator

Summary

* Provide premier and effective customer service and technical support to both internal and external clients, and acting as a technical resource for new implementations and on going support of production environment.

* Provide practical, and sometimes imaginative, solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.

* Effectively support Wintel Infrastructure server enterprise, through monitoring and proactive maintenance. Contact various hardware / software vendors to ensure software and hardware patches are in compliance.

Responsibilities

* Works with Wintel Infrastructure team in providing first and second level support.

* Works closely with and provides second level support to Wintel Infrastructure Associate and System 1 Engineers.

* Designs/ Builds hardware / software enterprise components for deployment based upon client or management specifications

* Provides detailed documentation of server inventory and patch management of enterprise systems.

* Provides solutions to hardware/software problems and works with vendors, as required, to resolve issues.
