Jobing Description

The major objective of this position is to prepare and process bi-weekly payroll through ADP for both non-exempt and exempt employees with support from managers of all departments to ensure accuracy of e-time data.

Responsible for processing hourly and salaried employees payroll bi-weekly using ADP Payroll System.

Responsible for managing and coordinating all e-time information with departmental supervisors.

Responsible for maintaining and balancing bi-weekly Paid Time Off Reports (PTO).

Responsible for maintaining and coordination with the Human Resource Department the HR Profile System.

Responsibility for miscellaneous reporting information.

Skills / Requirements

Knowledge of Skill Requirement:

ADP PC Payroll for Windows/E-time system

ADP HR profile

ADP Reportsmith

5 years doing payroll for 100+ employees

Microsoft Word/Excel, Access or other database, ADP PC Payroll and E-time

Good judgment skills

Good Organizational skills

Hard working, able to deal with deadlines

Good Communication skills

Highly confidential

Detail oriented

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
