Description

Basic Job Function: Responsible for the preparation of all meats and fish, ensuring a quality product is delivered.

Minimum Requirements: *Minimum four years butchery experience.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
*Provide all knives required for daily work.
*Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
Tasks/Responsibilities: *Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in the correct uniform.
*Show precision cuts and knife use.
*Cut and prepare meat and fish to hotel specifications.
*Follow order sheets and issue meat and fish accurately.
*Properly store products, ensuring the correct rotation for quality selection.
*Sustain and maintain a clean sanitary station.
*Communicate any defects in kitchen equipment to the Executive Chef.
*In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your Manager.
