Jobing Description
The incumbent in this position will work closely with the Ft. Pierce Liaison providing executive, administrative and personal support. Work involves managing the day to day operations in a wide range of administrative and personal assignments. Work is performed with considerable independent judgment based on experience in developing courses of action and recommendations. Work is reviewed through conferences, reports, and observation of results obtained. This position reports to the Ft. Pierce Liaison and is an exempt-position.

Skills / Requirements
• Considerable knowledge of the STOF community, culture and office standard operational procedures.
• Considerable knowledge of STOF tribal laws, ordinances, and regulations.
• Detail oriented. Ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency, and commitment to excellence.
• Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of accounting, budget and management.
• Must be dependable, career oriented.
• Ability to exercise a high level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
• Able to travel, work long hours and evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in establishing, applying and interpreting departmental policies and procedures.
• Ability to plan, direct and supervise office operations, activities, and staff.
• Ability to analyze a variety of administrative, operational and fiscal problems and to make sound recommendations for solutions.
• Ability to carry out complex oral and written instructions.
• Ability to express ideas effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to serve the STOF public and fellow employees with honesty and integrity.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the general public, co-workers, STOF officials and members of diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or three (3) to five (5) years of related experience. Personal Assistance experience required. Experience as described above can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education. Excellent computer skills utilizing Microsoft software programs such as excel, access, word and power point. Must be able to multi-task and have excellent English written and oral communicating skills. Job requires extensive travel, working long hours, and the availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Candidate must be career- oriented, energetic, self motivated, highly organized and driven to succeed. Must be able to plan ahead and flex on personal schedule, to meet the work schedule and demands of this job.

Important Notes
Travels with the Ft. Pierce Liaison regionally, nationally and internationally to assist with meeting set-up, hosting, delivery of presentation and materials; provides relief by running personal errands where these may interfere with the Representative’s work schedule.

Ability to travel, work long hours and evenings, weekends and holidays is very important.
