Job: NIGHT AUDITOR

We are currently searching for a Night Auditor. Full Time & Part Time shifts are available. We are conveniently located in Ft. Lauderdale.

This position is responsible for the balancing the room work daily. Post and balance charge and sent settlements in a timely & efficient manner. Maintain files and reset the systems for the next day operations. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

•Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing tapes/journals.
•Run audit reports/journals from all computer profit centers and outlets.
•Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout their shift.
•Enter data into computer for revenue/expenses/allowances to generate daily reports.
•Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly.
•Maintain files and reset the system for next day operations.
•Ensure all reports and back-up vouchers are complete and filed properly.
•Perform Front Office Agent duties as needed.
•Review and correct discrepancies in the Front Desk System.
•Coordinate with Front Office and restaurants/bars closing for file maintenance and reset system totals for next day operation.
•Performs other duties as assigned by the General Manager and/or Owner(s).

Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Front Desk hotel experience and Night Audit experience is a plus! Excellent Customer Service and problem solving skills are required for this position. Strong computer skills are essential and knowledge of WinPM is a plus!
