Nursing Administration, Director of Nursing Cardio Vascular Svc

The Director will be responsible and accountable for the coordination of activities as they relate to CVI, medical staff, and inpatient and outpatient treatment areas. The Director maintains oversight responsibilities for the Cardiac and Vascular Institute program, and is responsible for short-term planning, financial management, staff development, quality/performance improvement, and the coordination of multi-disciplines. The Director is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, 6 Central Post Procedure Care Unit, Short Term Unit, Heart Surgical Unit, 6 North Cardiac Step-Down Unit, and Endoscopy and for all patient age populations and patients of diverse cultures.

Current Florida RN license and bachelor's degree in Nursing or Business required. 3 to 5 years experience in related field and a minimum of 3 years management/leadership experience required. BCLS certification required.
