We are an online and catalog retailer offering fashion accessories and jewelry. We are seeking diligent part-time customer service representatives who can work 20-30 hours per week. Interest or knowledge in jewelry is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls with motivation to resolve all questions and situations as well as take phone orders
Inform customers of backorders when appropriate via phone or email
Use CRM software to respond to customers' inquiries via email
Correspond with vendors
Check voicemail at various points in the day
Process returns and ship merchandise back to respective facilities
Skills / Requirements
Must be computer savvy
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English)
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
Possess problem solving capabilities
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
