Jobing Description

We are an online and catalog retailer offering fashion accessories and jewelry. We are seeking diligent part-time customer service representatives who can work 20-30 hours per week. Interest or knowledge in jewelry is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls with motivation to resolve all questions and situations as well as take phone orders
  • Inform customers of backorders when appropriate via phone or email
  • Use CRM software to respond to customers' inquiries via email
  • Correspond with vendors
  • Check voicemail at various points in the day
  • Process returns and ship merchandise back to respective facilities

  • Skills / Requirements
  • Must be computer savvy
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English)
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Possess problem solving capabilities
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
