Job: LPNs - Looking for an Exp. LPN (Saturdays-Mondays;36 hrs) 8am-8pm

Looking for an experienced, reliable, and professional LPN to care for a client in the Plantation area. Schedule will be every weekend plus Mondays and some Tuesdays. Client's family smokes and has two dogs. Looking for experienced LPNs only (at least one year of experience). Sorry NO new graduates please.

Responsibilities will include total care: ADL's, Administering prescribed medications, light-housekeeping, and meal preparation. Only serious inquiries only.

Heavensent Healthcare Inc. is a Licensed Nurse owned and operated Nurse Registry servicing Broward and Palm Beach Counties. We specialize in Private Duty Homecare as well as Staffing to local hospitals, Rehab facilities, Clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

We are currently looking for caring and professional Licensed Practical Nurses for hourly assignments.

PRIVATE DUTY HOMECARE POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Must have LPN license or certification.

Must love and have experience working with the elderly.

Must drive and have valid rivers license.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Must have current CPR certification.

Must be able to pass FDLE background screening.

PRIVATE DUTY HOMECARE POSITION DETAILS:

Assist elderly and disabled with ADLs (activities of daily living). This includes: bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, and toileting.

Reminds patients to take prescribed medications.

Observes patients for cognitive and physical changes; reports and documents any changes to nurse.

Prepare meals, shopping, errands, and transport patients to and from appointments.

Light-Housekeeping: vacuuming, dusting, laundry, etc.

Must maintain safety precautions including: keeping floors dry and clutter free.

Must be professional and have a passion for the elderly.

STAFFING POSITION REQUIREMENTS & DETAILS:

Must have a valid Florida LPN License.

Must have current CPR certification.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Must be able to pass FDLE background screening.

Must have at least one year experience working as an LPN in a Nursing Home, Hospital, or Rehabilitation facility.

Must be able to perform all job requirements as detailed for the job applied.
