Job: MEDICAID ELIGIBILITY SPECIALST

FULL-TIME ? MONDAY ? FRIDAY ? 8:00AM ? 4:30PM - WEEKENDS AS NEEDED

High school graduate or equivalent. Three years of related experience. Interviews uninsured patients to determine potential eligibility for governmental funding. Provides personal assistance with the application process and maintains contact with regulating agencies and appropriate NBHD departments regarding eligibility status. Updates appropriate systems with accurate status to ensure timely processing in the revenue cycle. Strong computer skills, analytical skills, and communication skills both written and verbal.
