QI SVC - Manager, Quality, Quality Management - The Manager of Quality is an R.N. who is responsible for several areas: supervising the Quality Management Specialists; gathering, analyzing and reporting quality data; acting as a resource on quality issues for the medical staff and all hospital departments; and coordinating all aspects of the clinical pathways/order sets; and coordinating all 'special projects' for quality (e.g. MHA, ORYX, HCQIP, etc).

Current FL RN License required, CPHQ certification preferred. Minimum three to five years nursing experience and one to two years experience in Quality Management required; prior leadership experience highly preferred. Excellent communicaton, computer and customer service skills required.
