CONTINUUM OF CARE OF SERVICESAdult and Adolescent Services Provided on a Sliding Scale Fee Basis, Based on an Individual's Ability to Pay

• Assessment - A confidential comprehensive evaluation conducted by a qualified addictions professional
• Detoxification and Crisis Stabilization

  - Open 24 hours, 7 days-a-week at 5400 East Avenue in West Palm Beach
• Homeless Residential Assessment Program - a triage program in two phases, providing basic human services, assessment, crisis stabilization and referral/linkage services to homeless adults in Palm Beach County. 
• Intensive Residential Treatment - Clients are expected to achieve the goals of maintaining abstinence, breaking denial patterns, learning relapse prevention skills and demonstrating self-responsibility. 
• Intermediate Residential Programs - A halfway-house setting where clients learn to focus their attention on maintaining recovery while developing skills necessary for employment, establishing interpersonal relationships, managing money, continuing educational/vocational training and becoming involved in the community and 12-step programs. 
• Outpatient Treatment Services - Can be provided as a step-down service from residential treatment or as a primary level of care.  Through their participation in individual, group and family counseling sessions, support and 12-step groups, clients learn about the disease of chemical dependency, relapse prevention skills, and about the recovery process. Specialized services are offered to dually-diagnosed, families, women, adolescents and bilingual (Spanish/English) clients.
• Aftercare Services - Allow us to track clients who successfully complete treatment, 12 months post discharge to prevent relapse.  Up to 6 additional session can be provided at no cost. 
• Co-Dependency Counseling Services - Provided to family members of clients in treatment at CARP, Inc.
• Parent and Family Support Groups - Weekly Parent and Family Support Group Meetings are provided at each outpatient location in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie County.  The groups are designed to help parents and family members develop the knowledge and skills necessary for coping positively with themselves and the chemically dependent person in their lives.
